SHIPPING POLICY

-If your address needs changed prior to shipping, it is your responsibility to contact us at infodownbythecreekboutique@aol.com.
-We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to USPS or UPS.
-This is a preorder group and all preorder ship dates are at least 13/15 weeks + ship time from the order date. Please keep this in mind when ordering sizes.
-All in stocks will be shipped within 7/10 business days.

REFUND POLICY

If your item is defective and a replacement is not available, you will be offered a refund or store credit. We will try to exchange the item if we have an extra in stock.

Refund for a defective item: you must contact an admin within 5 days of receiving. Once a refund is approved, you have 5 business days to return the defective item in its original package.

We do not offer any refunds for wrong sizing.
